Greetings from your Parents' Association President
Hello Baltimore Lab School Families,
The purpose of the Parents’ Association (PA) is to provide support for the faculty, administration, and students at BLS through communication, activities, and events. Please see the information in the Parents’ Association Welcome Packet for more information about the PA and our goals.
Throughout the year, the PA plans fun and exciting activities and events for the students, families, teachers, and staff at BLS. Among these initiatives are the Chick-Fil-A lunch program, Annual Spaghetti Dinner, and Scholastic Book Fair. Please take a moment to look at the BLS PA Calendar and review the Rewards Programs.
To make all of this year’s events and activities a big success, we need the help of our parent volunteers! There are many opportunities to help and we appreciate your time and effort spent making our organization successful. Please take the time to fill out the Volunteer Form in the Welcome Packet to indicate your areas of interest! We are also looking to expand our Board members and fill the outstanding PA roles. If you would like to volunteer for one of these positions, but are short on time, consider splitting the position with someone!
All families are members of the BLS Parents’ Association and are encouraged to pay the annual dues. Please complete the Membership Form in the Welcome Packet and return all forms to school (ATTN: BLS Parents’ Association). The PA mailbox is located in the front lobby outside Mr. Buettner’s office.
Please contact us at ParentsAssociation@baltimorelabschool.org if you have any questions, suggestions, or comments.
